... at least not yet. It is surprisingly more comfortable than it seems. I’m not sure of the reason, though. It could be because they still don’t know you very well. So, they are still very interested in your stories, reactions, expressions, and the like. In short, they are not yet tired of you. Aside from that, the fact that you’re still not that attached to them is also comforting. This is simply because, you would not really care about losing them. You would not really care about being judged by them and disappointing them. You open up to them. And if it’s all good, then there you have it. A new friend.

It wasn't really a promise. I don't remember ever telling that person the phrase, "I promise." Yes, I said I would go, but it turned out that I couldn't. It's alright. It's not like I promised that person or something. Yet, why am I bothered? Is this guilt? I don't know. I have nothing to be guilty about. I didn't make a promise. … Heck, who am I kidding? It doesn't matter whether I said "I promise" or not. The thing is, I said yes. I said that I would come. I said that I'd be there. But here I am, writing this post; and obviously, not there. I feel like I've disappointed that person. And I don't want to feel this way. So wish me lu
